I called to reinstate my insurance after it had lapsed, which meant starting a brand new policy from scratch… not exactly something I was looking forward to. But Will completely changed that experience. He was incredibly considerate, patient, and easy to work with while I gathered all the information he needed. What really stood out, though, was how thorough he was. He didn’t rush the process or just plug things in… he took the time to make sure everything was set up the right way. Because of that, this ended up being a MUCH better experience than what I had with my previous State Farm agent. It actually felt like he cared about getting things right, not just getting things done. If you’re in the La Grange area and need insurance, Will is your go-to guy. Give him a ring today."

"Despite our accident-prone family State Farm has always been very helpful and responsive especially our local agent, Will Flowers. Our family has 2 children and four cars.
